Yah i was naughty, went out for karaoke n dinner with friends and drank FAR too much shiraz when i should have been resting as home! Karaoke was a fail coz of the tonsillitis but some of my friends sung and they were AWESOME! Was a great night but now im suffering!

I party alone Kara, I'm a bit of a recluse, just give me my dexter and some absinthe and smokes and I'm all set.
Karaoke? Do people still do that? I'm totally not brave enough for that.

On the subject of absinthe, did you know that famous absinthe drinkers include Vincent Van Gough and Ernest Hemingway. Poet's and artists used to drink it and gain from it's effects, it's the drink of artists.
Alcohol does have different effects depending on what kind. You may find red wine associated with the more refined members of society as it aids in discussion and deep thought, beer on the other hand is drunk in great amounts at AFL games by louts and vagabounds and only increases the violent and boorish nature!

Hello John B
LOL Peter, you just described my weekend!
Actually it's pretty sad that I have described your weekend so accurately.
Although I probably left out the damage caused to your ears by the far too loud so called music!
Yes? No?
On the other hand my weekend was nothing to brag about.
Hey John B!
Thanks for a nice reply!
I can see your tastes in music are more catholic than mine.
That's a plus not a minus!
I think I was about 30 before I took a liking to classical music.
Have I ever been smashed?
No! Never in 72 years!
And if I make it to 100 it will still be never.
In fact if I make it to 100 it will be because I never bin smashed!
I can tell you for free it ain't no fun watching someone dying of alcohol poisoning.
Don't go there!
I went to a 50th. wedding anniversary on Saturday evening.
The music was very load and atrocious!
There was beer for all, but I had only one stubbie! and a Coke a bit later!
Hmmmmm Marilyn Manson! Give me Marilyn Monroe every time!
Perhaps even Charles Manson!
Marilyn Monroe and Charles Manson are the two people I'd love to invite to a dinner party!! That would be interesting!!!

Did you mean Marilyn Manson?
Marilyn Monroe said one of the coolest things i've ever heard; "If you can't handle me at my worst you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best".

No I meant Charles Manson, I find him facinating. Of course he is insane but still, an interesting dinner.

No, instead of Marilyn Monroe. Seems like Marilyn Manson might get along better with Charles Manson than Marylin Monroe would.
