2007 Australian Gymnastics Championships
Gymnastics Australia is pleased to announce that World Champions, China are coming to Melbourne in May to compete against Australia. This is a major coup for GA and a wonderful opportunity for the sporting public and most importantly our members to see some of the best gymnasts in the world in action.
With the Olympic qualifying World Championships being held in Stuttgart, Germany in early September, this is the ideal preparation for both our National Menâs and Womenâs teams to compete against China.
The Australian Championships will be held from May 24-26 at the Vodafone Arena with the main attraction being the International Apparatus Challenge on Sunday 27 May.
Australian gymnasts, Phil Rizzo, Prashanth Sellathurai, Dasha Joura, Chloe Sims and Hollie Dykes are some of Australiaâs best gymnasts that will be on show.
