Electricity Bill Has A Future!
So this... Huang Xiangmo donates $50K to Mr Robb's campaign financing vehicle on the same day as the Free Trade Agreement was signed in 2014 and you don't see a problem with that unless it's the ALP ?

Gotta love that born to rule mentality.

"When something goes wrong with both sides of politics it's always Bill Shorten's fault" Smile

Well presumably the promotion of Ernest Wong to the senate was also declared as passing the relevant security checks?

CCC aren't investigating that appointment.

So upon what basis are you accusing Sam Dastyari of ALP corruption?

Laff while you can - laffing is therapeutic.

  • Huang Xiangmo moved to Australia from China at the end of 2012
  • Since then has donated almost $3 million to both major parties

Or try this:

Heh Heh the Coalition shamelessly stole ALP policy on Education funding, cleaned out the side deals so common to ALP policies and now the ALP are voting against a $20b increase in Education spending.

It's noteworthy that the the ALP rejects it's very own policy - but unsurprising in it's flip flop way.

This is real stuff not rumour and innuendo.

Good luck justifying the flip floppery of the ALP - I'm sure you will make some attempt

So this .... "budget emergency" of 3 years ago....

How's it going?

Changing the subject doesn't make the flip floppery any less real - as I'm sure you understand!

OK, so you're not interested in the actual subject - just the politics. That's fine, I can play that game too.

So the Coalition once opposed Gonski but now they have flip flopped another $6 billion into it instead.

Yep, that's real flip floppery.

The budget emergency is now over and we can all just blow as much dough as we can get the Greens to support.

Last time this happened it was a $5.5b paid parental brain fart. This one is $6 billion but who cares?

It's all free money that we can kick down the road for the next generation to deal with.

EDr - methinks that you do protest too much!!

The subject is clear your allusion to past budgets is irrelevance presumably to create wriggle room.

Bill S is throwing his support behind the Teachers Union and the Catholic vote.

The Government is trying to cleanup and improve funding for the education of the countrys future.

That says it all really.

We can either look back or look forward.

Riiight!

Somehow the failures of a past budget is an illusion, yes? Same budget I warned everyone of before it even passed?

Same budget that tried to rip money out of the education system by using standard Thatcheristic deregulation?

Protest??? Who started this anti Shorten thread? Not me. I'm just perpetuating it for the sole purpose of giving us all something to laugh at after the next election. We've already lost... what...4 state Coalition Govts during this topic?

Hello? Just over a week ago in another thread you made reference to Dr Jim / Junie / RFX from like... 40 years ago?

In that same time I was making a reference to calling an early election which is between now and 2 years time.

So which one of us do you think is looking forward or back?

I'll give you a hint - I'm looking forward to the next election :officechair:
