Visitors Visa Or Working Visa?

Hi! This might sound like a silly question, but I am going to ask it anyway. If you were visiting Australia for a vacation with relatives (they have been living down under ever since), would you get the visitors' insurance? Oh and another thing to consider, your relatives have been telling you to quit your job in the UK and live in OZ instead. Would that mean you need to get the working visa health insurance instead? Or is there actually a more appropriate cover to get?



Been looking at several websites and found this http://www.medibank.com.au/ to be most helpful. Although it would be best if I could get some feedback from real people.
