I moved here from NZ around 2years ago now, and have found it hard to meet people. Im a 25 year old female and would love to have a good group of friends to hang out with, whos with me? =)

Hi im also 25yr old female, moved to Melbourne from UK a while ago and looking to meet some like minded people. I like doing all the usual stuff, dinners out, shopping, cinema etc. Im in the northern suburbs, where abouts are you?

Yeah G'day all I am 45 and obviuosly to old to be giving advice on where to go and meet, I will say that working with a young group of people, by that I mean under 30, I have found that the workplace is generally the best place to begin. Most of the workers I have either associate over weekends together at some regular interval and will communicate outside of buisness hours.

So looks like so far no coffee meet up organized yet. . . I have to go around and see where there's a good places to get a group of people together and hang out for coffee, I'll post up some options once I've figured it out. I'm thinking it'd probably be in the Prahran/Richmond/Lygon St area in the city. . .



Anyone else have any suggestions?

Hey everyone - I'm a 30 yo female living in Northcote, I've been in Australia for 9 months now, originally from the ol USA. I'm interested in meeting up for coffee sometime soon. To reply to your schedule question Ben most weeknights, especially towards the end of the week, like Wed or Thurs are good for me, sometimes weekends too. Maybe we can try a central city location?
