Heh Heh what a shame - the house of the people is stopped by folks who don't understand that the government is and has been working toward this end for some time.

 

Me thinks Sam is not helping the Castro legacy here.

More importantly I got a new Staffordshire BT yesterday - a girl - Gemma. really black and built like a tank.

 

She replaces Miss Allie who died recently aged 14 - good for a staffy.

Oh dear me, if anything I am pro monarchy, but the quote above needs challenging.

 

As I see it the PM is

• Entitled to his own views - in this case long standing
  
• The PM for all australians elected by them - including republicans.
  
• Not elected merely to mouth the sentiments of a part of his party.
  

All a statement like that above does is to alienate the middle ground and encourage his political foes.

 

Free speech is for all not only monarchists, Climate change enthusiasts, militant muslims, and cricket fans.

militant muslims have a right to use free speech to express a means to suppress it, yeah that works lol

Tell it to the media, tell it to those who say "have a merry" becuase christmas can offend (altho very few people ever admit to such offense!

My annual heart checkup (19.5 years since 5 bypass grafts) still under warranty.
