Abc Bias
Same-sex marriage: The No campaign's first television ad is smart marketing that will reach families

Oh dear.... and here we were thinking the ABC was biased towards the YES vote :ras:

No it definitely won't be Catholic. It'll be more open and integral to the community. And more accepted.

They'll have to be in this rapidly changing world - otherwise it'll be finished in three generations.

And the ABC is non biased and always has been. I've never been a campaign to make it otherwise.

I've seen plenty of hatred / disdain from right whingers but they don't count because they hate the universe anyway.

Ho ho ho

(O sheet, can't say that anymore can we?)

LOL

Peter, why would I want to convert anyone to a YES vote?

I'm not here to tell anyone how to vote.

You don't have to be a non Catholic to be a YES or NO voter either.

In fact, you don't have to be anyone to do anything.

It's freedom of choice.

It's one of the reasons why I'm voting YES.

May the best..... individual win Wink

That's all very supportable - unfortunately the rabid "Yes"  folks have among them  in high places a number of folks who do not share your support of free speech - No to a voter plebiscite, No to a postal Survey, bullying of QANTAS board members ........

Like I say I support your positions on freedom to choose - but there are many who do not - including the Greens and the ALP.

For me freedom to choose is more important than any petty messing about with marriage acts, or the citizenship of our elected representative.

It's a pity that these elected folks don't actually support the rights of those that  voted for them.

Excellent example of freespeech prohibition from Getup today.

Getup partly funded by ALP via Bill Shorten.

It's gone full circle hasn't it?

Back in my day, intolerance of others deemed "different" were dealt with using far more violent measures than GetUp campaigns.

Now the boot's on the other foot.

And it's still a boot and they don't mind sticking it in.

Just because the boot is on anothers foot doesn't make it even slightly tolerant!!!

Heh Heh - a gay couple of long standing are labelled "homophobic"

"This week the High Court will hear two challenges from the Yes campaign against the Government's $122 million postal survey."

No Non No - more objection to ordinary folks with a different view expressing their support or otherwise - what does this say about those objecting?

Freedom for us - but not you!!!!
