Freedom Of The Press.
#1
Well glory be!

Seems that green Brown will get his wish!

Some sort of inquiry started today into the big bad Murdock press.

Well I for one don't want Green Brown telling me what paper I can or cannot read.

Does he not know that that industry is self regulating.

If a paper prints what people see as sh**, then people won't buy it.

If people want to read sh** that's their privilege.

I don't want green Brown telling me I can't read sh**.

Even if it is biased sh**.

He who owns the presses can bias the news whichever way he wants.

It's his money he is risking.

Nothing wrong with a bit of Biased Sh** (BS) in the media...

...it's only when the bias becomes bull that it becomes real BS <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Talking Ear Off.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':Talking:' />

For example you and I don't have the freedom to influence an election by posting birthday suit pictures of Pauline Hanson which are revealed to be faked after the election as was done in the Daily Telegraph a couple of years ago...

More recently was an article in the Murdoch Mumbles by Dennis Shanahan (D.S. <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' /> ) that said Tony Abbott had a "lead or equal standing on all key electoral issues" for the first time after dramatic collapses in Labor's support on the economy, health, education, climate change and even industrial relations when in fact Phony Tony was still behind on health and industrial relations.

Media sensationalism can reveal the "truth" in all it's variations, but it must be the truth <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/officechair.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':officechair:' />

A major problem today is that the media and the blogosphere are dominated by the 1 percent.

The 1 percent control everything, and they control the news that they drip fed to the masses, to the 99 percent.

It was revealed recently that the Australian real estate industry actually pays shills and spruikers to 'talk up' property on forums and blogs (yes even forums like this one) to plant positive spin, to post as if they are one of the 99 percent when in fact they are the 1% pretending to be a normal blogger.

Watch this for evidence, it includes a video that Bernard Salt probably wishes was never recorded:

Are your eyes open yet people? Don't believe what you read, anywhere. The problem is the 99 percent don't read blogs like this. They don't find out the truth. So pass this on, pass the message on to everyone. Tell your friends what's happening. Make them read this article. Make then watch the Bernard Salt video (he's a public figure, they might have heard of him, they might listen to his scheme and revolt against it).

Above all, remember, the 99 percent are fed lies by the 1 percent and this is a huge obstacle we must overcome.

But in time, the truth must come out. It always does.
