Hey where are you?

Check out todays Melb Sun.

You know the fitness section.

You will see all the rules as to how to get those abs shine through and looking like a six pack!

I thought I had ALL the rules covered.

You know:

Good genes.

Watch what you eat. (Get fat measurement down).

The right exercises.

No alcohol.

Then I see a new one! Every year over 30 makes it harder to get right.

Metabolism slows down from then on and cannot naturally burn off that excess fat.

As you may not know I am way over twice that figure.

I have no hope!

No alcohol!

Dont agree on that one hehe

Its an art of motion, to get from point A to point B in the most efficent mannor. It involves jumping of buildings and climiting up walls. <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

There was a fun challenge of street runners versus the top gear crew, racing through the city streets. The street runners won.

Say! What about that fun run?

Was it through the streets of London?

If yes, then why are you surprised the fun runners won?

Have you seen the traffic chaos in London square mile and further?

Yeah, that was a fun episode... not sure that I was surprised that the street runners won.

...and I assume that a lot (if not all) of the Top Gear challenges are scripted.

Yeah they look scripted to me! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':gathering:' />
Hi everyone, my favourite hobby is fishing! I like it because it gets me out in the great outdoors and I enjoy the excitement of never knowing what will nibble on my line!

What is your favourite hobby? Why is it your favourite? <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

<img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Cheers, Glen
Hey Glen, I miss fishing - haven't really been able to do it sinse i was much younger - my dad used to take me out every weekend fishing. ahhh nothing like sitting next to a quiet river or lone pier watching and listening to the atmosphear.

My favorite hobby these days would be Photography - i just love getting out into the wildnerness and taking in all of what it has to offer - no better way to remember it and enjoy it further than to take photographs of it as well.... you've made me wish i was going on a photo excursion this weekend!!!

Only problem with photography with a digital camera is keeping track of all the pictures! On my last trip with the gf to china i took over 2000 pictures! Takes ages just to flick through them!

Yep I downloaded them to computer quite regularly. And I also carried an external hard drive to keep an extra copy.

I believe most power comes from Milo, Nutri Grain and Mars bars.

Well at least that is what the TV media have led me to believe! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Rolleyes' />

I have numerous hobbies and sometimes I don't remember them all at once!

One of my favorite is to meet intelligent gilrs who fantasize and are good writers. So that we can have good times together.

But I don't see much girls participating. Wondering are they here or not?
