Whats channel 31?

hi mel,



channel 31 is a local non-profit TV station. they have some interesting shows that you could never run on commercial TV because they don't cater for a big enough audience.



they have some good fishing shows, a show about wake boarding, a gardening show, a four-wheel driving show, lots of shows run by ethnic groups, a hot rod show and a boxing show.



only bad thing is the reception is pretty bad so the picture quality is not very good.
