I know we have lots of diverse views but at last we can unite. 70% Aussies support the change its just the pollies who are asleep.Full marks to CONSERVATIVES in New Zealand AND Labor because at last they did something right.
Same sex marriage rights finally respected.
No more bull dust meaningless drivel like "marriage is between a man and a woman". Fine if thats the union you want. If you are opposed to same sex marriage SIMPLE...dont marry your own sex.
Looks like we lag behind.
New Zealand once again a step ahead, they gave women the vote before we did and they have moved into the new century while Gillard lags behind.
Also bravo to LIBERAL premier NSW for pushing Tony Abbot.
I know it will happen but we are becoming the laughing stock f other countries who have had it for years.

The whole thing is so stupid we are simply talking about the basic human rights of a small minority, Nothing has changed ANYWHERE except personal liberties.
