I am looking for someone very important to me and everything I know about that person is that he lives in Melbourne(i also have some addresses which are unactual now). If sb want to and is able to help me, please send a message- cccdzsnu@o2.pl. If no one can do anything about it, please at least tell me where to look for some help of that kind. I can add that i was born in australia- melbourne- but now i live in Poland which makes that task really difficult. im 18years old. would be grateful for any kind of help.

hi seeker, what information do you have? do you have a name? surname? first name? is he a member of a club that you know of?
did you try the white pages?
does he own a house? maybe you could search the property register?
does he have a presence on the net? did you try and google his name?

To be honest, I don't know much about him.
i've got:
- name&surname
- i know nothing about any club
- what are the white pages?
- i've got his address, but this is where he lived 15 years ago and i'm not sure if it is still actual; but, despite that, is it possible to search the property register via internet?
- i tried to google his name but the only person i found is some guy from Russia and i'm sure it's not him
Actually i would like to tell you more and explain you why it is so significent to me, but i just find it too personal and don't think that would be good to share this information with everyone- no offence ;-P

hi, that's me again.
i've got another question- is it possible to assure myself that this is the person that i'm looking for? i mean on the white pages there are only surnames and initials, but, after considering, i think name is also very important due to the fact that there are lots of people with this surname.

you can always just call all the numbers and ask if it is the person you are looking for. otherwise i don't know what else you can do.

you probably could only use the property register while in australia. plus they charge you for every search you do i think. and you need to give them your ID as well i think so they can track who is searching.
for calling australia by telephone, maybe you can get a calling card that would be cheaper. or perhaps you could use "Voice over IP" (via the internet). It is also called "VoIP" for short. This is usually pretty cheap. But you need a reasonably fast internet connection.

I have been trying to find some one too. I have tried all channels I think I will give white pages a go. Silly never thought about that...shows how reliant we are on sites like Facebook etc.
