Name: Pham Hoang Nghi (Ben)

Age: Probably 27-28



An email address that he no longer use - I guess I can find his old phone # that he no longer use .. and I forgot his address ... >"<



But what I do have is a very old picture of him...



He is a Vietnamese Australian - what is the chance of me finding this person again?

Try using Pipl.com to search. (it searches directories and telecoms like whitepages but it also searches social networking website like facebook, myspace, bebo, ect)
