can't say i know where it is. i did a bit of a search for it on the 'net, but all i could come up with was one reference to it on a website ([url="http://www.whitehat.com.au/melbourne/Buildings/7Monuments.asp"]http://www.whitehat.com.au/melbourne/Build.../7Monuments.asp[/url]) which gives us quite a bit of information about the monument, but not unfortunately its location.

All i could find was this page which suggests there is a Hungarian memorial in the Melbourne General Cemetery.
It might be a different monument. Not sure.

It is indeed in the Melbourne General Cemetery.
I was recently talking to a Hungarian woman about this very monument.
Apparently she & her father carried it from the metalforger to the plater in the back of a station wagon, nearly breaking the suspension.
