He's not guilty according to the law of the land.

 

But Andrew Bolt seems to be dishing out his usual spit and hate as well which probably makes it look worse for Pell

 

Both the accused and the accuser have accepted the courts' decision so if it's time for the blue gestapos to put a sock in it then it's equally time for Bolt and his ilk to do the same thing.

Clearly Pell doesn't share the views as PZ .

 

He was happy to give an extended and gracious interview to the said Andrew Bolt.

 

I guess he would have some regard for one of the few media folks to support Pells right to fair hearing and justice.

The service from the War Memorial televised was a moving one.

We live in a small cul de sac and our neighbours all came out onto their driveways - one person played the last post from the MCG in 2015 over Ipad and UE roll speaker at 0630.

Candles lit.

 

Different but just as meaningful as a regular dawn service.

 

Both my Grandads fought in the WW1 catastrophe, father and father in law in the WW2 catastrophe, all survived the conflicts.

Well waddya know - Rugby Australia looks a bit like it's in it's death throes - losing money, losing spectators, withdrawing from competitions - Gosh Oh Golly - it only seems about a year ago when things were hunky dory - but the  a powerful minority group demanded unlawful actions - subsequently illustrated by out of court settlements.

 

It just goes to show really - loud voices are not necessarily lawful voices!!!!
