Yeah, i've been to the CBD centre where they's got auto belays. Ordinary view of the city though, might be better at night.

With great difficulty.
Hi Iblis.

Good point!

I'll try it next time I'm out walking!

What about those giant high steps you see Soccer players warming up with?

Any good for mere mortals?
Looks like an exercise that should only ever be eased into, like short strides for starters. I don't exercise with strides ...just a couple of stretches and off for a run.

How is your recovery, Peter?

No, i mean weren't you in hospital recently and at physiotherapy? Recovery from that.

Two hours at the gym is lengthy! The rowing machine takes some getting use to aye? I remember my first time being met with a great deal of soreness.
I had 3 visits to the Physio about a month ago for minor lower back pain. All OK now.
That's what was in my mind, Peter. The back pain and physio work you had and about a month ago sounds about right.

So you are completely sorted. Good to hear. Two hours in the gym is a long stretch with back pain.

Are you guys all nuts?

Exercise is hard work and boring.

How about an energetic game of dominoes with a tipple of your choice at your side?

At my age I have learned how to get my priorities in the right order and to save my energies for the important stuff.

Right now I am working on aquiring a kite and buggy to go screaming down the beach with.

Wind power not muscle. ( I have a lot of that lately. Must be the beans )

Hi there you fitness fanatics.

My daughter sent me a pair of exercising slippers for my birthday with the following instructions

Every moning reach down and touch your new slippers 50 times

Then if you feel up to it you can get out of bed and put them on-_-

There are those on the other hand that prefer to go the surgery route to improve their appearance.

ie. Face lkifts, tummy tucks etc.

One procedure I would not recommend is the "Butt lift"

As you can see, the end result does not always come up to expectations

I have a dietery policy

I eat what I like and leave the food to fight it out inside

Yeah I am not crazy about not being able to feed myself! They might give me the wrong stuff!!! hahaha

You make perfect sense. Anyone that loves food should not eat too much at once and then they will live longer and can therefore eat more in the long run!!! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' /> The tortoise beats the hare!!! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pacman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':pacman:' />
