Heh Heh I reckon performance pay only would be a good idea here - I take no sides in this brouhaha but I don't believe that these already over rewarded mediocre performers are under paid for the performance they give.

 

Valuing game players above teachers, doctors and the like would appear somewhat incomrehensible..
