Superman Movie - Man Of Steel

I loved Superman as a kid. I recall rushing home after school to watch George Reeves leap tall buildings in a single bound. The only thing I never got was how dumb everyone in the show were especially Lois Lane. How come she did not see that Clark and Superman were the same bloke? This is what I said in another review.

 

 Man OF Steel a its a triumph a bit long like most movies these days but its wonderfully structured and the the new twist on the old story is brilliant. The Lois Lane Clark Kent bit finally makes sense.

I could never work out why Lois never recognized him. This is brilliantly improved upon here and the Lois character is very much the modern woman. Its a great performance by Amy and she brings more layers to the character than cardboard Kidder.

The new Superman is as expected very hot but also a lovely actor. Lois steels the film.

The effects are dazzling but it also breathes much needed new life in a over familiar story that was starting to sag.

Oh and Supermans new costume a billion times better than the underpants on the outside look.

A fabulous adventure.

Oh and did I mention the new Superman is hot!!
