Look, I know you're a fitness fanatic and like running up and down stairs, but to take on the stairs in the great wall? Surely that's going to extremes?
Apologies for hi-jacking this topic but I need some assistance.
I want to leaarn how to create a web site and maybe get a forum going here for our local Lions club.
I have looked on the net and found trial software to create mockups with, however.!!!!!!
That is where the smelly brown stuff in the fan replaces what is left of the grey matter in the head.
It all sounds like gobblety ######. Do you, or does anybody else know of a program that wil hold my hand and talk to me like a retarded 2 year old?
I really want to do this and it ticks me off no end that I cannot grasp the basics.

yes that word is (sometimes) a racist slur so it is banned! i think i will keep that one in the bad word filter.
as for building a forum, you can see the link at the bottom of this page points to the company that made this forum software. i am a reasonably happy customer <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

You can set your own time zone peter in the my controls section.
Go to "settings" then "general settings" and pick the timezone from the drop down.
