Green Power.

Placards for the Green candidate are springing up all over the place.
The thing that bothers me is that when one looks at the various homes these placards appear, there is no evidence that the occupiers are in fact Green disciples.
You see not one occupier has a windmill or solar panel to be seen!
How un green is that.
All talk and no action, let someone else go without, we want to be comfortable as well as pseudo Green.

Are you allowed to have windmills in your electorate?

I guess it depends upon the size of said mill.
My council (like most) is as green as grass so I would probably get permission.
How can a council refuse, as wind power is part of their mantra to save the earth.
The point is that not many greens want to live the green life.
Al Gore for example is said to have one of the most energy gobbling piles in the USA.

The Green vote while marginally greater this election does not surpass that given to "others"
Not an auspicious result really

Well GG I may be reading the Greens wrong.
In the Herald Sun this week was a front page announcement that we (Vics) will soon be paying extra for water ordered from the famous desal plant.
What I did not expect was the leader of the Vic Greens objecting to the impost but also railing that the desal plant should not have been built in the first place.
I don't recall any Green objecting, but looks like I was wrong.

I expect better from you.
People leaving like that are simply ignoramuses! They have no sense of duty except to their twisted dogma.
What she said (20 years ago) about being flooded with Asians was spot on. They are everywhere in Melb, the poor suburbs, the middle and the rich suburbs. Where I live they are 5 - 1 Asians Anglos, easy. For most part they cause no problems whatever. BUT she WAS correct.
So listen to what she is saying now: "Muslims will be the death of life here if we continue denying that they are a huge problem."
Come back in 20 years for the confirmation.
And I voted for Pauline, Brexit and Trump, two down one to go!
And I did not vote for Windsor, another win!
Hope I didn't spoil your dinner?

Malcolm Turnbull warns Hanson, Christensen demonising all Muslims is 'counter-productive'
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has warned One Nation and his own outspoken backbencher George Christensen that demonising all Muslims is playing into the hands of extremist groups.
- Suggesting Muslims are not part of Australia "exactly what the terrorists are saying", Turnbull says
- Turnbull reiterated he disagrees with Hanson's migration views
- Christensen's comments "directed at extremists"
"Tagging all Muslims with the crimes of a few is fundamentally wrong and it's also counter-productive," Mr Turnbull told commercial radio station 3AW.
"Seeking to demonise or denigrate all Muslims or seek to alienate all Muslims and suggest they're somehow not part of Australia or shouldn't be in Australia, that is exactly what the extremists and terrorists are saying to the Muslim community."

LOL, so when taken to its logical conclusion means Green haters will happily have their smart meter off during these rare but biblical green energy events.
