Overview:
The Angels (Angel City in Europe and USA), of the 21st century are John Brewster - Chris Bailey - Graham 'Buzz' Bidstrup - Rick Brewster, four of the five original members, who recorded the bands first 4 albums Face To Face, No Exit, Darkroom and the debut album The Angels. (Circa 1976 - 1982). Fast forward to 2006.... The Angels have undoubtedly re-established themselves as one of Australia's premier live rock bands. With sell out performances across the continent the word continues to spread. The formidable line-up of Brewster, Bailey, Bidstrup, Brewster deliver the classic Angels repertoire with a new intensity that has the punters bellowing for more. There is no need for theatrical stunts, this is all about the music, Australian Rock at it's best. The band are proud to be back performing and bring with them a new album 'LIVE AT THE BASEMENT'. Tix $20 + bf and $25 at the door.
