IP pro Board is my preference.

Leaving optional skins would be good.

Now Glen.

What about some more information about the new skin progress.
Or has it already happened and I missed it?

Not so much a new skin but a whole new version of the forum which will look quite different to the current one since it has more features. I will also be adding a photo gallery module.

To see what it will look like, you can see an example here:

http://community.invisionpower.com/

This is the third Beta version so the final "stable" version should be available soon :)

:) Well Glen.

I had a look and I like it.
It is not a big departure but I nice update.
Now just remember that less is more when you enter all the sub areas.
Avoid the chock a block that some entries seem to be.
Oh dear hope I have not offended you too much!

Hahaha. No worries the more feedback I get the better.

I agree that having too many sub-forums is not a good thing.

Actually I am considering reducing the number of sub-forums we have now. Though not sure which ones to merge together! :)

Glen.
I am pleased you are working along those lines.
Some appear more than once or in slightly different forms.
Bite the bullet and get out the slasher and maybe cut the grass as well!
This is what I would aim for:
The forum page is good with just the first 5 entries.
Then opening any one of them to produce no more than 5 sub forums.
Then the relevant posts all queue up after that.
Thus just 3 clicks to find something.

I might take another crack at reshuffling things around but I will have a rest today as I am suffering from eye strain so better not look at the computer too long!! :)

Glen.
You can fix the eye strain!
I found this magic box at the bottom right corner of Interner Explorer.
I'm set now at 150%.
If I have to I can get to 400%.
I just love Billy Gates!

Well Glen.
Do you sit in front of a computer at work? Yes?
I find that I need to switch the mouse from one hand to the other every now and then
Otherwise I get sore upper arm muscles.

Sorry Guys you can't beat a real PC with grunt.
A real PC does (can) do everything.
I will admit it is still pretty hard to put in your pocket!
