Located in a great location as it is situated on Dawson St, half way between Sydney Road and Moonee Ponds.
Union Square is also a 10 minutes walk so Coles, pharmacy etc are all nearby and the 55 tram is 300m away and it's only 20 minutes from the CBD. There is on street and off street parking (one space you can share with other housemate).
You will be sharing with a 25 year old professional/student who works full time and is often out of the house and a 26 year old male working part time.
Great place for someone who enjoys their own space!
Bond is a month rent, so it's $477 for first months rent plus bond.
