Specifically right now, I 'm looking at their $50 meal packs (sorry, I don't know how to hyperlink), but at the moment i get my fruit and veg delivered to home and for the sake of covenience , it would be great if i could get my meat delivered at home as well.

Hi, I know this is a very old post from February but I thought I would respond as I have been using MelbourneButcher myself for over 6 months. I specifically purchase the $50 packs as they make budgeting easier. The quality is fantastic and when I queried my driver once he explained that all the meat is packed at my local butcher (Lindens)
I have never had any issue with the quality, it is super fresh, looks superb when it arrives packed in a thermo bag with a bag of frozen ice to keep it cold. Well worth the $50 even if there are a few items you would not normally buy - I always request the eggs get upgraded to the free range (adds $1.50 to your order but much nicer than the cruel cage eggs)
Only thing I would say is every now and again weigh the meat, I found a few times the meat did not weigh what it should and when I queried it they turned up on my doorstep super fast with a replacement & free gift (roast lamb)
I have just started with the fruit & veg (divine quality!) and the bread & milk (only expecting my second delivery of this but not feeling too positive as the first lot the use by dates were two days off and the bread was dry & unappetising, only good for toast) Although the bread is cheap it is the same cost of Safeway/Coles Home Brand and I suspect that bread is far far superior to the bread MelbourneButcher supply.
Hope this helps
