What's the last movies you saw, and I saw KungFu Panda at LINK REMOVED.
A CG-animated comedy about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda, Po, who must somehow become a

Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Set in the legendary world of ancient China, this is the story of Po, our unlikely hero, who enters the rigid world of Kung Fu and turning it upside down. Po ultimately becomes a Kung Fu hero by learning that if he believes in himself, he can do anything.

I am really keen to watch Synecdoche, New York, a film that only played for a few days recently in a Carlton cinema, to far away. ... and I have no TV to watch any future DVD release.

Last few movies I saw (on DVD before my TV kicked the bucket) were:

Yes Man
Frost/Nixon
War, Inc.

All good films worth watching.

2012 .... it was somewhat dissapointing - though i guess i'd had high hopes. I found they over did it with blue screen effects that were simply too over the top to be able suspend my belief enough. A am also aware that many of the facts it is based on were bent so far out of shape it's not funny. But for what it's worth it was an action packed film easily able to entertain.

The last movie I saw was a few nights ago on TV. It was called "Room at the Top".
Coincidently I saw it exactly 50 years ago. (November 1959).
It was on my first date with my to be wife!
Howzat!

Thanks Glen.

I must say that it's better than Greg Norman's last effort.
No I don't mean at golf!

Oh and the movie is still a powerful drama even after all that tim!

I watched a bit of Lawrence of Arabia the other day.

How long is that film?

I never get to see the whole thing as I get distracted.

Glen.

It's an epic! Which always equals long!

Google says there is a DVD of Lawrence ..... goes for three and a half hours.
