Hello
I will be moving to Melbourne in the near future (6-8 weeks time). I will probably rent a townhouse or similar, in the region around Greensborough/Watsonia. I was wondering where the safer areas are, and whether there are any particular areas I should avoid (especially as I will be on my own).

Greensborough/Templestowe area is quite nice, guess like anywhere else you can almost tell by the cost of rental properties, where are you moving from, btw we're in SE burbs of Melbourne (Berwick) and love it over here
