I am guessing this has something do with Carbon tax? I missed it but heard there were lots of people standing around feeling important!! Oh well I guess we were going to get it one day. I just hope they reduce income tax to compensate!

Well if they introduce a new tax then they should remove another tax.



And petrol is already heavily taxed. So can't they just call that existing fuel excise a carbon tax?
