Friends Age Group 8-35

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, but not to Melbourne. I've been living here for 3 years now and always been busy with work, studies and boyfriend. All of a sudden I found myself not to have any more space for myself, but all the people I know that are pretty much my age are: 1. married 2. living far from me 3. don't have similar interests.

It seems so hard to meet new people here, but hopefully I found the right place



I'd like to meet people from 28 to 35 years old. I am 32, originally from Milano (Italy) and even if I am quite shy at the beginning, I then become fun and easygoing.

I love music (especially rock, numetal, ska, punk and raggae), movies, reading, travelling, arts, walking on the beach, having picnics in the park and much more.



Any like minded people who'd like to catch up?

Hey there, I am a kiwi that moved to Melbourne at the begining of Feb this year with my Partner...We dont know many people here and would like to make new friends. We are both pretty laid back. My name is Mark im 30 and my partner Ellise is 24, we both like rock and metal, and alot of other types of music, I like to drink but Ellise not so much, drop me a line if youd like to chat.

I am actually in the age group. And you're quite right. I am kinda tied up with kids. But thats why I need some fresh air and make some new friends <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />



My hubby, 2 kids and I just moved from Singapore last yr and I noticed I have to learn to make friends all over again. My hubby is fine coz he actually is Aussie but I was originally from Malaysia. We live in Mernda which is out in the northern suburbs. I like rock/alternative/indie/whatever-u-call-it-these-days music, cooking, eating, movies (no rom-coms pls) and has just started learning about gardening and DIY stuff ( coz it seems to be very popular here).



We are both quite geeky and not so good in the social dept.



So, yeah, maybe we can get to know each other first and then hang out <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
