I live in California, US and I'm currently a sophomore in high school (10th year) and I'm going into my junior year (11th). I've been seriously considering coming to Melbourne University since I've always wanted to go to Australia, and I got a booklet at a college fair here last year. I have questions about prices and getting scholarships because in the booklet I received it said that the cost for tuition and everything else would run around 60k-62k (I think for one year) for the field I want to study. I know I have money set aside for college, but it's still a bit out of my price range.
Long story short:
1) Is a college like Melbourne more likely to accept an international student?
2) Are there any scholarships offered to those students who would be coming internationally into Melbourne?
