SWEET MANGO LASSI

I tried this wonderful recipe that I found on google, and it was great if you like sweet lassi:

Ingredients

1 can of mangoes (can use 2 cans if desired)

3 cups of greek style natural yoghurt

1 1/2 cups of water

1/4 cup of honey

12 ice cubes

1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamon

Method

Place a third of the mango, yoghurt, water, honey, ice cubes and cardamon into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large jug. Repeat with remaining mango, yoghurt, water, honey, ice cubes and cardamon in 2 more batches. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill.

Preparation time = 15 minutes (+ 2 hours chilling time)
