I applaud the Prime MInister Malcolm Turnbull on his immediate swift action in getting a full enquiry over the barbaric footage we saw on Four Corners on these kids in detention.
These kids are no angels but the treatment was cruel and over the top.
Those of us here andI bet its not just me who served in the military know the dangers of tear gas.
THere is no way any of would use tear gas ever in that situation.Â
Apart from the horrific treatment is was so amateursh. The whole handling was sloppy and gung ho.
Many politicians and hat includes ALP would call his an ABSC beat up.That was NO beat up. I bet we have all heard of this going on for years. Anyone heard of the phone book confessions?
These cops and guards shuld be given jail time.
I wa ashamed to be Australian but judging y the huge reaction not any more.
I am happy that Australians seem united on this.
