Hot Air Balloon Experience (Anyone?)

Hi ,I will be holidaying in Melbourne in january and would like to hear from people regards their experience of the early morning city flight and the company they used.We will be staying centrally near the MCG and wondered if any companies would be better suited for my central positioning.
