Hi Iren

Hope you have been settling in a bit more since you posted, i'm a kiwi girl and have been in australia for about a year but in melbourne for just 2 months now, so it's not soo different for me. But i understand what you are feeling with culture shock it must be a huge change for you! wheni was 16 i went to thailand for 6 weeks i really loved it but after about a month a felt so home sick, by the end of my stay i had adjusted more though.

So i do hope you are finding things easier and if not yet then soon it should be! If you want to message me back would be glad to hear from you

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of expanding my friendship circles and meeting new people. At present, I live in the outer south-east area of Melbourne but have lived near Frankston, Dandenong and Caulfield. As an existing resident I found it very unsettling when moving from area to area; so I can understand how hard it must be moving from interstate or overseas.

Anyway, I like doing all the usual things, but the beach, music and festivals are my favourites; or just a chat too.

Ren :-)
