What is Zumba Gold?
A fun non-strenuous dance class that is has Latin inspired music specializing for older adults. Any one from all levels can join!
How will Zumba Gold benefit you?
As I will be providing the chair workout classes, these classes mostly focus on strengthening different parts of ones body. Even people with physical disabilities can join the Zumba Gold class as we cater from beginners to advanced!
Costs? $10 a class per person.
