Don't you just love these "I know what's best for you." car hateing labor councils.

I don't I hate them.

Now we have the good burgers of Darebin telling us what a great idea it is to charge fast food shops lots more in council rates.

Why? Because that'll close em down and fat people will suddenly get fit by magic.

It does not concern the council that many fit and slim people want to buy their stuff!

Because of course council knows best and just shut the f$$$ up.

It has not occurred to them that most people will simply get in their cars and drive further to the next open shop.

More pollution and less walking!

I would thank them more if they just came out and said: "We are putting up the rates to screw you all."
