Hi All,
I am considering buying a property in Balwyn North and is looking at a few properties around the Koonung Creek park e.g. areas in Ventnor Street, Kelvinside Street, Helston Street, etc.
I like the area but I am only concern about the noise from the Eastern Freeway. I would like to get some comments or feedback from anyone who is aware of the situation. Is there really noise from the freeway that is bad enough to affect the residents living in these areas?
Really looking forward to some feedback on this.
