World Aids Day Concert at Fed Square - Melbourne



AIDS is a global disease with no boundaries. Every 10 seconds, one person dies of an AIDS-related illness. Come along to a free World AIDS Day concert on Sunday, 26 November, at Federation Square from noon to 7pm. Presented by Australia's Burnet Institute - a pioneer in medical research for HIV - the concert will feature Zoophyte, Rob 'Millsy' Mills, and Kate Alexa.



When?

The Melbourne World AIDS Day Concert will be held from 12:00pm - 7:00pm on Sunday 26th November 2006.

Federation Square



The Acts?

Some of Australia's finest bands are currently being solicited to perform at this event. A wide range of live music will be played during the event, so wheather you love Hip Hop, Folk, Blues or Rock 'n' Roll, there will be music to make you want to move! A number of guest speakers will highlight the issues of HIV and AIDS from both a personal or professional perspective. Get your friends together and come down to Fed Square and join the global fight against AIDS.
