Hope you guys don't mind if I pop in here of an odd time and see what Melbourne is about.



About myself. Well I live in Armagh City in Ireland and I like to mess about in the garden. So far I've managed to avoid been roped by a woman (hope that's not considered politically incorrect <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ) Even though my spelling leaves a lot to be desired I'm also into creative writing. I host a creative writers forum and would invite you guys to call and have a look

Of course the Irish are welcome! You know there is a fair few irish or irish decendants that live in melbourne. Have you ever been to Australia before?



I never made it to Ireland myself but I did manage to spend a couple of days in London....that is about as close as i got. Though imagine Ireland is a whole lot nicer than England! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />



If you hang a round I am sure we can convince you that melbourne is almost as nice as Armagh City.
