Hello From Puget Sound
#1
Hello All,

One of these days I will visit beautiful Australia, and I plan on making it to Melbourne! So, I'm just seeing what kind of attractions there are at the mo.

I like to bicycle, birdwatch, and view animal wildlife in particular.

Cheers,

hi mismixte,

there are plenty of birds to see in australia! lately with the climate changing we are getting more parrots in melbourne, we have gallahs, yellow crested cockatoos and rainbow lorikeets all over the place <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

lots of visitors like to go see the fair penguins at phillip island:

Yes, I would be especially interested in viewing all the parrots, even if some people do consider the gallahs to be pests! They are still lovely birds.

It's all in the perspective, you know <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' /> .
