Marathon

The Australian guy "wins" Marathon!

No ethics, no sportsman.

He had the chance to be part of the best sporting action of maybe all time.

Would have been known as the sportsman of all time.

Now he is nobody, basically stepped over the man on the ground in agony.

He should have stopped.

Landy would have stopped, gold or not.

Ron Clark would have stopped.

Of course none of the other runners stopped either did they?

But only the Aussie guy is guilty?

But if he stopped the next guy would have won.

So following a PC attribute known as chain-of-responsibility no one wins on moral merit.

Gotta put these into perspective.

How often does the Melbourne cup stop when there's a fall?

What about Bathurst 1992? Denny Hulme died during the event but it still continued.
