Hi ginger,
I recently gave Guiness a second go after trying it many years ago and thinking it was terrible. But this time it tasted fine! maybe i am getting more fancy tastes in beer these days <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Are there any other good Irish beers I need to know about? <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

That's great news that you've tried it. I hope you'll be enjoying a few more in the near future. Check out this site for some great irish bitters.
