Itâs been twenty long years, but the wait is finally over! The Frontier Touring Company and Roundhouse Entertainment are thrilled to confirm that the incomparable Lionel Richie has confirmed he will tour Australia and New Zealand this November/December.
Last on tour here in 1987, 2007 will see Lionel Richie perform arena concerts across both countries and a series of A Day On The Green winery concerts in Australia.
Lionel today said he is excited about his return to Australia and New Zealand.
âIâm really looking forward to this tour. I canât believe it was 20 years since I last toured there! I hope my fans are ready to dance, because if I have my way theyâre not going to sit down once the show starts.â Lionel said.
With close to 100 million albums sold, a phenomenal 22 Top 10 hits, five Grammy Awards, an Oscar and a Golden Globe, there are few artists in the world who can rival the success of Lionel Richie.
