Now in its 14th year, Ride to Work Day has become an established event on the annual workplace calendar in Victoria and it has now expanded to become a national event.
There are so many benefits to riding to work... Look good and feel great, reduce your likelihood of suffering from obesity, heart disease, depression and some types of cancer, avoid the petrol price hike - save money! do your bit for the environment, everyone is doing it!
There is a free breakfast at Federation Square so spread to the word to your collegues and get ready to ride to work on 17 October 2007.
