Calories In Sushi - Avocado Sushi Rolls?

Calories in Sushi?



Hi everyone, a friend and I had some nice california rolls for lunch today and the question of whether there are many calories in sushi came up.



Now I tried to just do some research on the internet but I could not really get a straight answer as every website I visited seem to say a different thing. Does anyone out there maybe have a calorie book that mentions calories in sushi?



If so, please let me know!



I know that sushi rolls tend to have a lot of rice in them so I am guessing that it is a bit fattening but I am hoping that it is still much better than a good ol' bag of chips! I am particularly keen on Avocado Sushi Rolls!
