Hi Reuben,
Not sure if this will help you much,. Remeber the early eighties? Where kids used to sit on Flinders street steps in Mohawks ,docs' and Tartan skirts? Hmmmm I was one of those teenageers. to go further into this we used to graffitti the back alleys and derelict buildings -----(to make them look better) . never did the train thing because we felt that was disrespectful and didn't need beautifying as I remember the silver trains were pretty new at that time.
My parents though were victims of needless grafatti, from hooligans that thought in terms of distruction. They would go along a street and see how far a can of spray paint would last them. so there would be a long line of paint across everyones fences. Kind of stupid really.
