The 2008 Australian University Games will descend on Melbourne from 28 September to 3 October. Attracting 6,000 participants from over 42 universities, students will participate in 28 sports across the Melbourne region.
The Australian University Games is the flagship event on the university sporting calendar providing university students with the opportunity to compete in a multi sport event. Many students will go on to further their sporting career, representing their state and nation in their chosen sport.
