Motorbike Help Needed......

This is a complete long shot, but maybe somebody out there can help.

 

I am looking for any information that someone may have regarding an REG 250cc motorbike that finished in 10th place at the 1953 Isle of Man TT races. I recently acquired the trophy for this race and I am trying to find out if the bike still exists so that maybe I could get some photos of it and find out it's history since 1953. The reason for writing here, is that after the TT it was bought by an Australian motorbike rider by the name of Jack Walters.

 

I have tried various methods to get info, but keep drawing a blank. If anyone has info on the bike, or info on Jack Walters. i would be most grateful.
