Where To Play Badminton In Melbourne
#21
Hi Jenny,

Depending on where you live, there social clubs who generally book courts for a few hours and new people can join these social clubs.

I currently play with 2 social groups and we book 4 courts on a Saturday night and 4 courts on a Sunday.

One is at Ashburton and the other group on a Sunday changes each week between Box hill, Ashburton and Balwyn

Cheers

Hello Jeff,

Just wondering right, those social badminton groups that you mention about, are they open for anyone? I'm actually looking for some social badminton as well, however prefer the ones closer to the city as I don't have my own transport yet...

Hey Guys,

Knowing where to play badminton is good, but you'll also need some decent badminton players to play with:

This is where it's at:

Hi everyone,

I moved to Melbourne in July 2011, and am now looking for friends to play badminton with. I currently live in Tooronga, so somewhere around the area would be nice. Even Monash is good!

Let me know!
