Description: Come along to taste and try the very best of all things gluten free! Cakes, biscuits, pasta, bread, beer, confectionery, meals... all delicious and waiting for you to enjoy. Around 100 exhibitors will be showcasing the great foods you can enjoy if you have coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, fructose malabsorption, or just enjoy the great tastes of a gluten/wheat-free diet. Exhibitors will also include bakeware/kitchenware, cookbooks and other ideas to ensure you enjoy your gluten/wheat free diet to its fullest potential. Organised with Sue Shepherd, Australia's leading dietitian for gluten and wheat free diets. (*All foods at the Show will be gluten free. Foods containing ingredients that are wheat-derived but have no detectable gluten will be permitted at the Show).
