Melbourne Support on Arrival?

My husband and me are from Colombia, South America. We are making all the papers and stuff for living in Melbourne. We already saw pictures and read about the city and we want to go there. It looks beautiful!!!



He is Electronics Engenier and I'm social Communicator (something like public relationships and companie's communications). We want to know what is the first step when we arrive to Melbourne.



Is there any kind of support? any office who tell us what to do?
